We are a team of experienced and respected media and public relations professionals with a fresh approach to strategic communications and engagement. Our edge is our commitment to promoting and protecting your brand through our relationships, up-to-date insights and understanding of the fast moving media landscape.
We are agile, dynamic and resourceful. We listen to find your strengths and tell your story.
Every business and organisation faces issues. Some will encounter crisis. It’s how you deal with both that ultimately separates you from your competitors and in some cases sees you emerge from the tough times even stronger.
The Press Gallery has a culture of preparedness. Ideally, we work with clients well before an issue arises or a crisis hits to mitigate risk and plan for the worst. At the same time, we are ready to step in to support you – even if we’ve never met.
Rapid responders, we have the experience and expertise to break down complex issues quickly to provide respectful but also frank and assertive advice.
With a proven ability to ‘see around corners’ we proactively prevent and, where needed, diffuse issues through timely, strategic and targeted action.
Our calm and articulate approach ideally positions us to protect, enhance and, where needed, restore reputations.
From the moment a journalist calls, your brand is on show. How you and your staff respond to a journalist’s initial request for comment or content speaks volumes about your company, its values, professionalism and any potential issue. Our specialist media training courses equip clients with vital communication strategies to expertly engage with media across multiple formats. Under the guidance of experienced news journalist Belinda Heggen, you will learn the golden rules of media interviews: what the media needs and wants from you, how to craft key messages (and stick to them), crisis communication and on-camera delivery techniques. The bespoke course will provide specific emphasis on broadcast interviews for television and radio. Strong media performers are highly sought-after and quickly become the “go-to’’ experts in their industry, can calmly handle any crisis and help ensure a good story receives the attention it deserves.
The Press Gallery team includes some of the best news writers and presenters in South Australia.
We know what news is and we know where your story will best make its mark and how to get it there for maximum publicity for our clients.
The Press Gallery won’t just write a press release and push it out the door to media outlets and their paper piles, never to be seen again.
We invest in your news from start to finish. We listen to you to learn your story and work with you to shape it before using our unrivaled network of contacts across all media to get outcomes for you.
Our work is readily measured. It is there in print, on radio and in news bulletins, not sitting on a pile of press releases on a news editor’s desk.
